Assistant Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where she earned her Undergraduate Degree (1996), Master’s Degree (2004) and Doctoral Degree (2014). Coordinator of the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law. Executive co-coordinator of Universidade Católica Portuguesa’s Arbitral Centre from 2013 to 2017. She has researched and published works in the fields of Civil Law and Criminal Law, in particular on the collision of rights, co-ownership of rights and the franchising agreement.
