The Private Law Team is composed of specialists in the different fields of Civil Law, such as the General Theory of Civil Law, the Law of Obligations, Family Law and Succession Law. It also includes renowned researchers in the fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Civil Procedure and International Private Law. Special fields such as Insurance Law, Consumer Law, Insolvency Law and Intellectual Property Law also fall within the Private Law team’s purview of study and research.
