Católica Law Review welcomes the submission of articles from all legal scholars (including law professors, practicing lawyers, doctoral candidates, and graduate students). The articles can be written in English or in Portuguese.

Dissertations and papers produced by graduate students in the context of masters and postgraduate studies are not eligible for publication, unless they have been subject to very substantial editing for publication purposes and comply with the formal requirements laid down in the style guide.
