Program Description

In the next academic year (2026/2027), the Master of Law & Business will feature a thoroughly redesigned curriculum, strengthening its interdisciplinary structure and its unique articulation, in Portugal, between Law and Business.

A pioneering programme in Portugal, the Master of Law & Business results from the innovative drive and the combined experience of two leading Schools in their respective fields: the Católica | Lisbon Shcool of Law and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.

With this new structure, the Master’s reinforces its commitment to training legal professionals who are capable of mastering essential management tools and working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

The Master of Law & Business trains specialists in corporate law, combining solid legal knowledge with mastery of essential tools for business management and for the analysis of corporate activity.

Pioneering and innovative both in its content and its teaching approach, the Master’s is characterised by a multidisciplinary perspective, particularly through the inclusion of courses taught by two professors - one from Law and one from Management - providing students with a comprehensive understanding of topics where different perspectives interact in a complementary and coherent manner.
 

 

Rigour and quality
Designed and delivered by two leading Schools with strong reputation in Law and Management, the programme guarantees academic quality and rigour. Both Schools are deeply involved in this project, with contributions from faculty members and researchers with strong academic and professional experience.
