NEW ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
(effective from the academic year 2026/2027)

The main updates include:
  • The academic programme comprises 60 ECTS in taught courses (compulsory and optional) and 30 ECTS for the Dissertation;
  • Introduction of new optional courses: Fintech e ESG;
  • Restructuring and renaming of the courses International Comercial Relations and Digital Business;
  • Financial Resources in Companies becomes a compulsory course (6 ECTS);
  • Capital Market Law becomes an optional course;
  • Adjustment of the ECTS of several compulsory courses: Corporate Finance, Economic Theory of Contracts, Human Resources Management and Labour Law;
  • The Scientific Council may approve additional optional courses (up to 18 ECTS) in line with legislative and scientific developments and according to market needs.
 

ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
(effective until the academic year 2025/2026)

In order to complete the Master’s Degree programme, students have to achieve 60 ECTS in the 1st and 2nd semesters and 35 ECTS in the 3rd semester (writing and discussion of final thesis).

The structure of the Master of Law and Business is composed by a preliminary period, a curricular part with compulsory and optional courses, and thesis presentation.
