Assistant Professor at the Lisbon School of the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, where he graduated (2010) and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Católica Global School of Law (2013). PhD in European Union Law from Nova School of Law (2024) and Visiting Researcher at the University of Michigan Law School in 2012 and 2018. He has conducted research in the areas of Economic and Monetary Union Law, Banking and Financial Regulation Law, and Constitutional Law Theory. He was a fellow of the Foundation for Science and Technology between 2016 and 2019. Member of the Board of Directors of PFA – Portugal Fintech Association and lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association. Consultant for DLA Piper, Lisbon office.
