This course focuses on conveying a theoretical understanding of Administrative Procedure Law, always in light of its practical applications. The course goals are: to understand effective judicial protection as a fundamental requirement of the Rule of Law and the reasons for which administrative jurisdiction is both autonomous and specialised; as well as, to study the organisation of the administrative courts and the procedural means available in administrative courts, the respective procedural prerequisites and key terms of its procedural stages.
