The goal of this course is that students become familiar and come to understand what the legal transaction is, both from a static viewpoint and from a dynamic viewpoint. By the end of the semester, students are expected to understand the concept of the legal transaction in all its many variants, how it is formed, interpreted, integrated and terminated. Last but not least, students are expected to be prepared to not only identify any possible defects, but also to remedy them. All of this is done from both a theoretical and practical perspective, developing the ability to solve concrete problems and critically analyse case law.
* The course sheet for each class is available on Moodle.
