After studying at the Catholic University of Portugal, Ferreira joined Cuatrecasas as a trainee lawyer and later served as Senior Associate of the Real Estate. Construction, and Tourism Department, which grew from a team of just two lawyers to 10 professionals dedicated to these areas by the time Ferreira left in 2014.
