In this course, the various topics are approached from a practical viewpoint, by analysing case law and simulating an interim injunction and declarative judicial proceedings in the common form, with their various procedural stages. In this way, students are invited to simulate a litigation profession (as a judge or lawyer), stipulate procedural strategies, draft pleadings, prepare and intervene in a preliminary hearing and final hearing, draft judicial decisions and a ruling.
