The Law of the World Trade Organization

4 ECTS / Semester / Inglês

There is an emerging triangle in international economic relations: trade-development-environment. The latter concerns both developed and developing countries of course. Developing countries though, often have other priorities and simply lack the means to invest in environmental protection. In this course, we will explore how a better use of the available means can simultaneously contribute to development and the protection of environment.
