Assistant Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where she earned her Undergraduate Degree (1996), Master’s Degree (2003) and Doctoral Degree (2016). She is part of the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law and has researched and published works in the fields of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law, specially regarding interim injunctions. Her doctoral thesis was entitled “Interim anticipatory protection under Portuguese civil law – A difficult balance between urgency and irreversibility”. She concluded her lawyer traineeship in 1998.
