Associate Professor at Católica Lisbon School of Law, where she graduated and earned her Master and PhD degrees. She teaches Labour Law and Labour Procedural Law both in the Undergraduate and the Master Degrees. She was a Consultant for the Legal Centre of the Portuguese Council of Ministers’ Presidency and was part of the team that made the Preliminary Draft of the Labour Code. She is regularly invited by other Portuguese Law Faculties and similar institutions to teach Labour Law and Labour Procedural Law in Post Graduate and Advanced Legal Studies degrees; also she is a regular speaker in colloquia, congresses and confereces in these subjects. She has several books and articles published on Labour Law and Labour Procedural Law themes.
