This course aims to bestow a deeper understanding of Labour Law and, especially to develop the practical application thereof, in medium and large enterprises. Since it is not feasible to touch upon all relevant fields, the termination of the labour contract has been selected as the topic of the course, because it is central to Labour Law and has been the target of important legislative reform in recent years.
