Labour Procedure

6 ECTs / Semester / Portuguese

This course is an initial approach to a subject matter that, although not entirely foreign to students (who have already studied Labour Law and Civil Procedure as undergraduates) contains nonetheless a high degree of specificity and distinctiveness. Its goal is to encourage mastery of the specific values and concepts of this legal field, as well as the main solutions they embody. This equips students not only with essential knowledge, but also with a wide-ranging and fertile understanding of the issues. In becoming familiar with its unique nature, legal texts, reference bibliography and main case law trends, students will be able to further their knowledge autonomously in the future.
