This course is an initial approach to a subject matter that, although not entirely foreign to students (who have already studied Labour Law as undergraduates) contains a high degree of specificity rooted in its complex and elaborate set of rules and the range and importance of its practical implications. Its goal is to encourage mastery of the specific values and concepts of this construct, as well as the main solutions they embody. This endows students not only with essential knowledge, but also a wide-ranging and fertile understanding of the issues. In becoming familiar with its unique nature, set of rules, reference bibliography and main case law trends, students will be able to further their knowledge autonomously in the future.
