Guest Lecturer at Católica Lisbon School of Law, where he is currently working on his Ph.D. He holds a law degree from the Law School of the Nova University of Lisbon (2009), where he did a postgraduate course in Public Procurement and Competition Law (2011), and obtained an M.Phil. degree in Legal and Political Sciences (Administrative Law) from the Law School of the University of Lisbon (2014). Lawyer, Consultant at Linklaters LLP, where he has been practising law since 2009, particularly focused on Public Law issues, both in substantive and procedural matters. He also acts as arbitrator and is a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD).
