The course objectives are an updated understanding of the substantive regime and the fundamental issue of the typical forms of action by Public Authorities: the administrative regulation, the administrative act and Administrative contracts. Students are expected to integrate the theoretical and practical aspects of the materials covered, in order to enable them to develop proficiency in their careers as classical litigation professionals.
