Assistant Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he earned his Doctoral Degree in 2004 and of which he was Dean from 2005 to 2011. He has researched and published in the fields of Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation. Consultant for the law firm Abreu Advogados. Member of the Supreme Council for Administrative and Tax Courts, by appointment of the President of the Portuguese Republic (since 2006).
