Guest Lecturer at Católica School of Law (Lisbon), where he has been working on his Ph.D. and lecturing in the field of Public Law. Legal Adviser to the President of the Constitutional Court since 2023, focused on Administrative Law matters. He obtained an M.Phil. degree in Administrative Law from the University of Lisbon School of Law (2014) and holds a law degree from NOVA School of Law (2009), where he did a postgraduate course in Public Procurement and Competition Law (2011). Between 2019 and 2023, he was a funded researcher at Católica Research Center for the Future of Law. He is also a lawyer, having his registration suspended at his own request, and practiced law at Linklaters between 2009 and 2019. He also acts as arbitrator and is on the panel of arbitrators of the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD) since 2015.
