Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. He holds a law degree from the same institution, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in Forensic Law, with a specialization in Criminal Law. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University and at the Faculty of Law of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, under the supervision of Professors Rui Medeiros and Kai Ambos. His research and publications focus on Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Administrative Offence Law, and Fundamental Rights. Since 2024, he has served as Advisor to the Mayor of Lisbon.
