Legal Adviser at the Constitutional Court of Portugal and Guest Lecturer at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he is currently working on his PhD. Bachelor of Laws (2010) and Master of Laws in Advanced Studies in Criminal Law (2013), concluded at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. President of the Association of Advisors of the Constitutional Court and Founding Member of the Portuguese Chapter of ICON.S (International Society of Public Law).
