The Católica | Lisbon School of Law and Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law are hosting the colloquium Direito dos contratos: perspetivas de futuro. Diálogos sobre a Propuesta de modernización del Código Civil, co-organized by the research group De conflictu legum da Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Espanha).
Under the scientific coordination of Nuno Manuel Pinto Oliveira (Supremo Tribunal de Justiça e Universidade do Minho), Maria Paz Garcia Rubio (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela) e Henrique Sousa Antunes (Universidade Católica Portuguesa), the colloquium will take place on December 5th and 6th and will feature the presence of several specialists.
The event is part of the research project "The Unpostponable Modernization of the Law of Obligations and Contracts of the Spanish Civil Code" (PID2022-138909NB-100), funded by the State Research Agency (Ministry of Science and Innovation, Government of Spain).
