In this seminar, the priority is to give students an introductory understanding of some of the main topics in arbitration from an essentially national viewpoint. Furthermore, students become familiar with the normative sources of arbitration in order to grasp and comprehend the practical interest and advantages thereof as a form of dispute resolution.
