The curricular unit aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge relating to shares and membership interests in company law; to enable them to form and express their own opinions on the subject matter mainly on the theme of ownership and transfer of shares and membership interests in companies; and additionally to familiarize them with the statutory regime of professional entities.
