This course addresses the legal regime for public procurement, more specifically the types and selection criteria for the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Code, as well as rules that govern the stages of those procedures. Given the extent of the material, only certain topics are chosen together with the students for analysis. This entails some prior research of scholarly opinion and national case law.
