In this course, students become familiar with the main features of the legal constitutional regime of Portuguese Public Authorities (in particular, the constitutional principles behind administrative institutions), its organisational structure and the general principles that apply to administrative procedure. In addition, students learn to resolve practical operational issues within collegial bodies, general and special inter-organisational relationships and the administrative procedure.
