Undergraduate Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences and Doctoral Degree in Civil Law. He teaches and has taught at various universities, namely as Full Professor at the School of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and is currently Invited Full Professor of Católica | Lisbon School of Law. He is the author of several books and more than 50 articles and chapters of books on various legal topics, namely Contract Law, Corporate Law, Property Law and Banking Law. He has been an adviser to various legal journals.
