Guest Assistant Professor at the Lisbon Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University, having graduated from the University of Lisbon Law School and obtained his doctorate from the European University Institute, in Florence. He is a contract researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law and an associate researcher at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law of the Institute for Legal and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon Law School. His main research interests are in International Public Law and European Law, especially in the fields of human and fundamental rights, general principles of Law, jurisprudence, and data protection.
