This course aims to endow students with in-depth knowledge of the insurance contract regime, as set out in Title I of Decree-Law 72/2008 of 16 April. In particular, students analyse the main issues arising in scholarly opinion and case law from the constant regulation of that legal diploma. Classes are both theoretical and practical and combine theoretical explanations of the material with student debates of the issues, solving exercises and analysis of case law.
