High Court Judge with the Constitutional Court and Associate Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he earned his Doctoral Degree in 2007 (Democratic Rule of Law and Equal Administration). He has researched and published works in the fields of Public Law, specially Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure, Fundamental Rights and (Administrative) Economic Law (Regulation and Competition).
