The main goals are to underline the importance of Roman Law in legal education and its contribute towards the development of the sources of law theory. In order to achieve this, we will seek to convey the most important aspects of Rome’s political-constitutional history and to present the general features of the sources of Roman Law in the context of its historical evolution.
