Carlos Manuel de Morais Seixas Pires Sardinha was born in Portalegre (Portugal) in 1977. Graduate in Law (2000), Master in Law (2003) and Ph.D. in Law (2010) (Legal Historical Sciences) at Católica|Lisbon School of Law where he works as Professor of Law. Member of the 'Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law' (since 2013). Presently I'm writing the book "International Economic Cooperation: a Legal Historical Theory".
