One of the foremost goals of this course is to develop the ability for social intervention and to make clear the added value of having a legal expert on board when implementing volunteer projects. Furthermore, students can accompany the phenomenon of charitable works throughout history and gain in-depth knowledge of legal rules pertaining to the social and volunteer sectors.
