Teaching Assistant at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he earned his Undergraduate Degree (2004) and Master’s Degree (2011). He has researched and published works in the fields of Administrative Law, Administrative Litigation, Fundamental Rights and Health Law. He is an arbitrator in the Administrative Arbitral Centre and was an assistant with the Office of the Health Ministry’s Assistant-Secretary of State for the XIX Constitutional Government and legal adviser to the Office of the Prime Minister in the XIX and XX Constitutional Governments.
