We are pleased to announce that Prof. Giovanni De Gregorio is among the world's most cited scientists in 2024, according to the 2025 edition of the World's Top 2% Scientists ranking, by Stanford University (USA) in collaboration with the Elsevier publishing group.
The distinction recognises the international scientific impact of Giovanni De Gregorio's research in the field of law.
The number of researchers from the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) recognised in the world ranking of most cited scientists increased by 40% compared to the previous year. There are now 14 researchers distinguished in the 2025 edition of World's Top 2% Scientists, confirming the relevance and international impact of the research carried out by the institution in a wide range of areas of knowledge.
This result is international recognition of the quality and relevance of the research carried out at the Portuguese Catholic University.
