The course is intended to bestow on all undergraduate Law students an initial approach to the legal regime for the most relevant entities in Commercial Law: Companies. In particular, students are expected to be able to incorporate and advise companies and their shareholders, by identifying in each specific case which type of company is most suitable for structuring a commercial company.
