This course provides an introduction to the law of the EU internal market, prompting students to develop informed ideas about the legal, social and political challenges underpinning market integration in Europe. To this end, the course introduces the main legal framework governing the internal market freedoms, while also presenting and discussing some of the central judgments of the Court of the Justice of the European Union concerning in this domain.
