Moot Court - International Law

3 ECTS / Semester / Portuguese

Students are already familiar with the idea that moot courts are a perfect way to test and improve knowledge (i.e. the law in books), as well as to equip them with specific tools regarding the way that law is applied by the players of any legal system (i.e. the law in action). International law issues are perfectly designed for that purpose. As such, students should first of all enrol in an established international law-related moot court, being then guided and supervised by the faculty of this course. In this academic year, special attention will be paid to the Utrecht Moot Court on the Law of the Sea.
