Students gain an understanding of the Civil Code that governs parental duties, which enables them to legitimately, critically and responsibly analyse matters in this field. In parallel, all concepts fundamental to interpreting cases, such as filiation, maternity and paternity, guardianship, custody, etc. are also a priority in this course.
