The course provides an overview and detailed look at the practical reality and legal regime of distribution agreements, by rehearsing substantiated responses to the more controversial aspects of this regime (such as, the fate of excess inventory, the commercial agent’s entitlement to indemnity and compensation for non-amortised investments). The course also handles the most important aspects regarding termination of long-lasting agreements.
