Property

4 ECTS / Semester / English

It’s expected that students will leave this course with a general, although admittedly very schematic and perhaps superficial, understanding of the importance of the right to property in the U.S. legal system. In this way, it´s expected that exposure to what may be a radically different method for ordering and protecting property rights will give students a new perspective from which to evaluate their own system. It is frequently in studying “the other” that we learn the most about ourselves.
