The course will aim to introduce students to some basic grammatical structures of the English language and provide opportunities for these to be practised in context. A further objective of the course will be to develop a range of language skills including: Oral expression, reading, writing, listening comprehension, vocabulary development. The course will deal with general themes related to issues of law and legal studies, such as the following: notions of Criminal and Civil Law, the role of Law in Ethical and Moral Issues, Human Rights.
