It is announced with great pleasure that Prof. Vasco Pereira da Silva, head of the ELPIS-Network, will be awarded a doctorate degree honoris causa by Faculty of Law of the Leibniz University of Hannover on November 2nd, 2018.
This awarding shall reflect the longstanding cordial collaboration within and his multiple contributions to the Network, which is one of the most prominent of their kind in Europe.
