Partner at the law firm Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho since 2005. Tax lawyer and coordinator of the firm’s Lisbon tax law department. Main professional activity is in tax law, mainly in mergers and acquisitions, financial products, capital markets, asset management, real estate transactions, project finance, tax audits and litigation. He has published several articles in tax law and is a speaker at seminars and conferences on the matter.
