Maria da Glória Garcia
Full Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where she earned her Doctoral Degree in 1994 (On administrative justice in Portugal. Its origin and evolution.) She was part of several legislative drafting committees, namely for the Law of Nationality, the Draft-Law for Administrative Reform or the review of the Administrative Procedure Code and prepared the drafts for the Notary Bylaws and the Bylaws for the Institute of Notaries. She has researched and published in the fields of Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, the General Theory of the State, Environmental Law and Urban Planning. Rector of Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2012 to 2016.
